Perfect for those wanting professional assistance on the day of their event. We meet with you approximately 3 weeks before your event to discuss vendor contracts, timelines and the flow of the day. When the big day finally arrives, you get to sit back, relax and enjoy the moment! We will take care of the details for you and make sure that the day runs smoothly.

Vendor recommendations

Provide payments and gratuities to vendors on event day (funds provided by client)

Review vendor contracts and services 3 weeks prior to event

Assist in the development of event timeline

Manage wedding party or event participants before and during ceremony

Coordinate rehearsal

Arrange programs for ceremony, escort cards, favors, etc.

**Events further than a 20-mile radius of Edenville, MI will be assessed a travel fee. Travel fees are based on the state mileage rate and are in addition to the package cost. Destination weddings require 2 night’s accommodations plus travel fee.
